How to read this
Columns
Each column is a state work passes through on its way to done. A card sits in exactly one of them, and its column is its status.
Three of five
Items in the column against the most it is meant to hold at once. Over the limit is printed in rust, because starting more while work sits unfinished is what makes everything late together.
Estimate
The size recorded for the item, in whatever unit this project estimates in.
Filled in
Written by the planning engine to complete the breakdown, and not yet confirmed by a person. It counts against Tuning until somebody confirms or corrects it.
