Passed, conditional, not passed, not yet reviewed
The decision taken at the approval point. Passed with conditions means the work moved on with something still owed, and it is shown as its own state rather than folded into passed.
Exit criteria
What has to be true before the approval point can be passed. An approval point with none recorded is a date rather than a decision, and the interface says so.
Planned and actual
The date the approval point was planned for, and the date it actually closed. Open means it has not closed yet.
Work open
Items still unfinished against the total in this stage. Open work at an approval point is what the conditions usually attach to.
