How to read this timeline
A solid bar
The working days an item is scheduled to occupy, from its earliest start to its earliest finish.
An outlined bar
A rollup. Its span is the span of everything nested beneath it, not work of its own.
A diamond, marking a milestone
A dated marker with no duration, no effort and no cost. It either happened on its date or it did not.
Marked critical
The chain of work with no spare days, shown by a dashed leading edge and by the word critical in the label. A day lost anywhere on it is a day lost on the finish date.

Float
